This is the worst place that you ever want to rent. They charged you for everything without any explanation and the management just written down previous balance. What that mean by previous balance. The COMMUNITY as a whole is very up a coming. I’ve seen a lot of changes that may upset some residents because of change. I love that the company has invested back into the park. They have down several trees and paved the streets and fix several underground plumbing problems that was occurring and new driveways to residents. I moved to Suburban Woods in January 2023. The two ladies in the office were nice; however, the property is horrible. There is a major water issue with the property. Water was turned off literally every other week for hours like 9am-3pm or later. The water issue had the water and sewer rising higher and higher each month. When there was an issue with the mobile home, it either wasn’t fixed at all or took months for someone to come out. This is due to them not have a maintenance person. The leasing office is becoming increasingly stricter since the beginning of the year on how my home is looking like but now I understand why. From the beginning to now the community looks better.
Great and helpful staff. They walked my brother through the application process and helped upload the documents needed. It was a great plus that both manager and assistant speak Spanish.
