Been sitting here for 9 minutes now and have only moved 1 spot. I appreciate the attendants hosing down each vehicle but when you have a line of cars backed past the kiosks, they can't completely brush everyone's entire vehicle before entering. The self serve wash station when you enter is for that. If the line is short sure it's a great service, but when there are 12 cars in line waiting, it's not a service that is appreciated because of the time it takes.
I was a member of this car wash, a monthly member since it opened. Today the service was horrific. My rear wiper fell off it was intact as I pulled in. When I left my wiper was missing. This was a new wiper and the young men looked for it. The manager said that he wasn’t responsible for my wiper. Well…you have lost a good customer and a few more. *Posting on behalf of Jamel F.* Avoid this place as my car was damaged at this car wash on August 06 while I was cleaning my windows. I noticed scratches on my car and immediately informed one of the workers. Upon further inspection, I discovered scratches in four different areas. The employee said they would get the manager/supervisor, but instead returned with an incident report. I took pictures and completed the report as instructed. Owners really care about their customers! Great service from prewash to free vacuums. They have the best vacuums because they are under shade, powerful air blasters for tough dust, and the car wash is second to none! No left over dirt!
