Excellent and safe locality, reasonably priced as compared to others but may be so because they lack some basic and necessary amenities included in the apartment. Common laundry facility is available for the tenants, they don’t have individual ones, Air conditioners are not provided but yes Heaters are provided. The laundry room is open to anyone, it doesn’t require a key or access code, so we often see people who don’t live here using it. They sometimes bring in very dirty items, which makes the space feel unclean and hard for residents to use comfortably. Maintenance hasn’t been great either. Part of our window screen fell off, and while staff took it away, they later told us we had to pay to get it. It didn’t seem fair, since it wasn’t our fault.

Rent is reasonable, but the appliances are old—and when you ask for replacements, management insists they’re “satisfactory.” Keep your expectations low.

The leasing office was very uncommunicative and unprofessional. Everything was essentially done through tenants money-wise (e.g., tenant transfer). We also received different information multiple times often leading to my roommates and I contacting them frequently.
