Living here has been a really positive experience. Jeff in maintenance has been a huge help and has done a great job addressing any concerns I’ve had, especially from a structural standpoint, which has given me a lot of peace of mind. The location is also very convenient since it’s close to work, and the layout makes the apartment feel much more spacious than you’d expect. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and well-supported place to live.

Excellent and safe locality, reasonably priced as compared to others but may be so because they lack some basic and necessary amenities included in the apartment. Common laundry facility is available for the tenants, they don’t have individual ones, Air conditioners are not provided but yes Heaters are provided. Kitchen is equipped with Induction stove, microwave oven and dishwasher. Only four walls are provided when you take the possession. I really love the location of my apartment and the staff are very friendly! Maintenance is also super fast, getting the job done. Have had 0 problems here

Jeff and the maintenance crew are amazing!! They came and fixed a few things around my apartment quickly and with smiles on their faces! I can’t thank them enough!
