Excellent and safe locality, reasonably priced as compared to others but may be so because they lack some basic and necessary amenities included in the apartment. Common laundry facility is available for the tenants, they don’t have individual ones, Air conditioners are not provided but yes Heaters are provided. Jeff and the maintenance crew are amazing!! They came and fixed a few things around my apartment quickly and with smiles on their faces! I can’t thank them enough!
The laundry room is open to anyone, it doesn’t require a key or access code, so we often see people who don’t live here using it. They sometimes bring in very dirty items, which makes the space feel unclean and hard for residents to use comfortably. Maintenance hasn’t been great either. Part of our window screen fell off, and while staff took it away, they later told us we had to pay to get it. It didn’t seem fair, since it wasn’t our fault.
I spoke with Crystal today and although a washer and dryer was a deal breaker for us she was very kind throughout the experience. Thank you for your professionalism!
Great apartments. 7/365 maintenance when needed and communicated in time. Local Pullman transportation just by exit for WSU scholars and general commuters. Apartments are spacious enough with multiple bedrooms and can be shared with other tenants or leased individually. Great warm baths and taps 24/7/365 as needed. Partner with low cost reliable wifi companies. Walkable and bikable distance to WSU Compass, plenty of parking and green spaces for outdoor picnics and close by outdoors hill with forest for unwinding and jogging.... read more
