I have been very pleased with both my therapist and psychiatrist. Both take the time to listen to what I have to say and are not in a hurry to rush off to the next patient. My psychiatrist ask me first before making any changes in my medicine which I really like. Excellent company to work with. Keep up the good work summit behavioral health!
I have loved my experience at Summit Behavioral Health. My provider takes the time to listen to my needs, and the administrative staff for scheduling is great with follow up. Flexible hours are great so I can have appointments later in the afternoon if needed. This care establishment is the best I’ve worked with, and I will continue to work with them as long as I can.
This was our first time at Summit. Melanie was very nice and listened to why we were seeking services with them. She seemed knowledgeable and didn’t want to make any changes to medications already working well.
After my first appointment I had a good opinion of this place. But when my first prescription ran out I had to call them 4 times over a span of two weeks and never received any helpful assistance from my care coordinator (Melia Robinson). I ran out of my prescription before they were able to help me. That’s literally their only job to me.
Ryan P, my counselor is nothing short of amazing! I would totally recommend him to anyone struggling with any type of issue from depression anxiety to substance abuse and overall health. I really enjoy our relationship. Definitely Ryan P. is the way to go.
