Very unfortunate experience: was weaning off two medications and was not provided education about withdrawal symptoms, which I experienced. Instead was told to do my own research (which is dangerous depending on where someone might research) and go to the ER if needed. Worse, I was prescribed benzodiazepine and an antipsychotic for withdrawal symptoms, which I never took and have never been diagnosed with the disorders those medications treat. I love summit behavioral clinic! They all have been very good to me. Very understanding and professional. Brenda is the sweetest staff member. She puts me at ease and explains everything in a way I can understand. Bottom line. You can't go wrong at summit.
