Finally, someone I feel like I can talk to… Caleb is Awesome! The clinic itself has been difficult to say the the least. I have been trying to get paperwork for over a month, the staff seems to just send me to voice mail now and send me whatever they want, though it’s not what I asked for. Overall do not come here unless you are desperate. The receptionist forgot what we were talking about during the call and asked me over and over what day and time. They sent the link to fill out there very unprofessional intake paperwork to my cell phone versus email. In my appt to schedule with an ARNP I asked about the specialities of each provider and all I got was, " they are very good at their job". Dr. Ambe is a very Passionate and Caring man. He treats you like family, always makes sure he or his staff is available, and makes you feel SAFE! He is always making sure that your medication care or mental health care is on track every appointment! I would highly recommend him to families, kids, and singles!!!
I’d give zero stars if possible. I have never been to a more unprofessional and incompetent medical professional in my life, and that’s saying something. I was referred here because my last psychiatrist did not feel comfortable prescribing me as I have complex medical issues that interfere with medication absorption and she believed I needed to change the form of my current medication to one that absorbs more rapidly. Very helpful working with Dr. Che, they really take time to listen and help I've been with him for abut a year now and he is truly a good dude great. I was running behind on my appointment today and he said dont worry life happens. Most doctors wouldn't have gut me in and would habe charged me as a no call no show. So happy I finally found a good genuine doctor and staff is wonderful as well. 10/10 i highly recommend him, especially if you've been trying doctor after doctor & know one seems to listen or to you they tend to... read more
