Best service on parts side of business, but not on service side...wait too long, service incomplete and way too costly. Good team in parts. Shout out to Gabe & David.
Only 3 stars. Because I've never experienced the service side of the business. As a mechanic. I only experienced getting parts at night. And that I would rate at 4 for stocking most parts that We need at another shop, and 5 stars for customer satisfaction and help fullness. If that is even a word. Thanks Gabe. For your hard work.
Service your truck somewhere else there customer service is horrible they never do what they say they're gonna do. No call backs no one ever picks up the phone.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought my truck about a year ago came with a warranty. This warranty covered just about everything except wear & tear stuff (obviously) but for some reason I couldn’t get anything inside the truck fixed. They wouldn’t even check the truck in for those reasons. The lady that sits at the first desk when you walk in, would say every time “we don’t work on refrigerator's” or “ we don’t do that stuff” the last time I went in Anthony told me “the cabinets & fridge and those things should have be... read more
