My experience with Sunstate International: the first time I took the truck in, they did a diagnosis which turned out to be the water plug, and they charged me $478.48 for the diagnosis and for putting in a new plug. The same day I returned the truck, and they told me it was the EGR cooler, they ordered it, and then told me it was the block cover gasket.
