A very poor service was given to me. I took my truck to get it serviced. I got charged but the service I took it for was not fixed. I drove my truck over the road and spoke to them about it and they were charging me a bigger amount to get it fixed. When I took it to another dealer, all he had to do was to use a software to adjust the setting and guess what, I didn't pay for it whereas sunstate already charged me $400 and refused to refund me. Terrible! I don't think I will use their service ever again.

The guys in the parts office are very nice and helpful. Definitely a must go back to, the prices are very reasonable.
