We have been using them for multiple truck repairs on our Freightliners. Spent several thousand. Last repair, they accepted to inspect and repair the truck, however, wasn't able to fully repair the truck because they're an International dealer and not Freightliner. The service supervisor said he didn't have the tools that Freightliner can provide. Almost always have everything I need in stock, if not they can order it. And they'll deliver it directly to our shop. Prices are about on par with a dealership, people are knowledgeable and friendly. I use them all the time. Highly recommend
Took my work Ford F450 in for a DOT Inspection. The only thing wrong was a license plate light bulb. They charged me five dollars for the bulb and $80 to install it. Was never offered the option of selling me the lightbulb for five dollars and letting me install it myself. Horrendous labor prices. Update: Went in for a trailer we were having a DOT inspection on, which never gets used and only moved yearly when it comes to sun-state to get inspected. In short, it was going to cost over $700. Took an older school bus in for some repair work. It was taken care of faster than I had expected. I highly recommend this establishment.
Took a truck in to get an estimate and they performed work without my permission and hit me with a very high price and then move the price three times to get some money out of me. I went ahead and paid it so they would not go against my credit the sales guy that is in there is shady. I was very shocked at the way they conduct business
