Wonderful Community LC Sunbury is such a clean and cozy community! The maintenance and leasing staff are friendly, empathetic, and responsive. I have loved my time here and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone in the area!

Verified Renter On move in day our garage door opener and mail key were not ready for us. There were multiple issues with the apartment like the garbage disposal not working and the kitchen sink clogged. After multiple days of living here the issues have not been resolved and still don't have our garage door opener or mail key. Communication with the office has been slow and seems like they don't care to respond or help resolve any issues.

Terrible place When you have mold and report it, they come out and cover it up. They are supposed to clean the area and make sure it’s dry. Nope, not this place. Cover it up with some material and let it keep growing.
