The lady in the front office seems to have an attitude everytime you ask for help. This company fails to take care of our roads in the community. We are what seems to be last to get taken care of when it snows. For $1,800/month, I would at least hope my windows don’t allow cold air in all winter. Neighbors are friendly and nice, while also keeping to themselves. This place is not a bang for your buck situation. You’re only really paying for location here.
I’ve lived in many apartments but never lived somewhere before that felt so intrusive with so frequent of notice to entry for maintenance. Inspections, preventative maintenance, radon tests, rodent checks, window checks. Difficult to feel privacy, and difficult to schedule with work around for people who feel more comfortable as strangers enter their home every other week. Damn LC, stop murdering my PTO and let me live in my apartment
My roommate and I had a late payment we knew had to pay. I emailed the office regarding this to make sure we did things right. The office tells me ( still has this email) that there are no late fee payments going into January, since they were switching over ownership.. They still took our regular payment of $902 from my roommate telling to ignore the $125 on the account but now are still asking us to pay the remaining $137.50 on our account claiming the late fee was still needed and still adding $12.50 as a late fee to our... read more
Nothing but praise for the team and amenities for LC Sunbury! The finishes are top notch and the prices are so affordable for the luxury you’re getting! Maegan is by far one of the most incredible property manager’s I’ve met and she cares for this community and its residents. 100000/10!
Absolutely amazing apartment complex! Lived here for 8 years and feels so much like home!! Maintenance is awesome and so quick! Jim is the best and so friendly and respectful of my apartment when entering. Alex the leasing agent is so responsive to emails and always has a smile on his face when entering the office. Would 100% recommend!
