Received and installed my valve body. Valve body did not work correctly, 4 hours lost. Installed old valve body and pump, another 4 hours of work. $500 worth of fluid later and $260 worth of return shipping. I now have exactly what I had before, my stock valve body and pump installed. They did return my money but did not offer to pay shipping, which would have been nice.
Great products and customer service. I had questions during the install of my rebuild kit. Their technical support was helpful. There are minor differences to the stock configuration of a Chrysler 47RE so it would have been helpful for instructions to come with the kit.
My experience with this company is awesome. It makes me feel like there is some hope in this world. Of people doing what we need to do to take care of other people. This company is not only an amazing standard in converters, which I got but they are an amazing standard. On what other business should model themselves after.
