Jen has a wonderful way with patients. Her knowledge and approach to patients is excellent. Jen has a wonderful personality. She could be a stand-up comedienne. Having said that, it in no way interferes with her ability to assess the patient's needs and provide a plan of action. Lala (affectionaltely called Lana) is a great addition to the team. Jennifer Hickman is an outstanding ARNP! Extremely thorough, addresses all questions (& I likely have more than avg patient!) and never feel rushed. She delivers straightforward & concise clinical information; no stones left unturned with her. Aside from her strong clinical expertise, Jennifer is always a pleasure to visit! Highly recommend - 5 stars (& I do not give those out in a frequent basis) 😊

She always reassures me that everything is moving in the right direction under her care. I couldn’t ask for better service as the entire staff is upbeat, kind, and welcoming. The office is run smoothly, never had to wait more than a few minutes to get taken back to the room. Never had to wait more than a few minutes for Ellen to come in. She's brisk, but still friendly and professional, and listens to your concerns. I also asked her for skin care product recommendations and she didn't push super expensive options - in fact her best recommendation, for me, ended up being an OTC regimen. Very satisfied.
Dr Bashore is one of the most caring doctors by which I have ever had the pleasure of being treated. He sees me as a person, not just a faceless patient to herd in and out. I appreciate the time he takes with me and the candor of his advice and shared knowledge. I would never go anyplace else. His staff deserves kudos as well. Everyone is kind and efficient. Much respect is felt and much respect is given.
