Office nice and clean. Receptionist very nice. Ben very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Mirza is wonderful!!! The only slightly negative I can think of is the tape used to hold the bandage in place does not hold very well.
The wait time to see the provider was minimal, less than 10 minutes. The preliminary visit with the technician was productive & helped to explain any issues I wanted to discuss with the provider. The meeting time & examination with the provider was handled very smoothly & thoroughly, as the technician had informed the provider of my questions & concerns beforehand. This method of patient - provider visitation is very efficient and time saving.
Office workers have a very good attitude towards patients. It is pleasant to deal with professionals. The doctor is very attentive and professional, so it is not embarrassing to recommend him to other people.I am very satisfied with this service.
Suncoast Skin Solutions is a group of dermatology practices. While I at primarily cared for at a different location, I needed to get care at this one for a special procedure that only this one had equipment for. The office is located in Brooksville on Cortez. It cannot be entered directly from Cortez. Patients need to turn into at the PDQ restaurant, then turn right and follow the road to where it curves left; at that curve to the right is the parking lot entrance to this Suncoast location. I've had several spots removed, and am truly thankful to be treated in this clinic. Everyone on staff is pleasant and courteous, and they go out of their way to ensure that we're informed and feel well-supported throughout the process. I can't say enough about the level of service provided. Well done!!
