Been going to this office to see Dr. Reed for over 25 years. The last few years I’ve seen Brandi as has my wife, son & daughter. She is fantastic as is the entire staff. Not only does Brandi know what she is doing but she does quality work. That’s especially critical when you have work done on facial area. They also get you in and out; they don’t waste time. I saw Alexis and she’s the most caring being 🥹 at a time when I felt totally gross from a rash, she not only did not treat me how i felt but even after a very thorough visit she called me personally to check in on me and make sure i was able to get my prescription. This is my second trip to a dermatologist and SSS is awesome. They listen when you talk and are real humans and listen to my story....and tell some of their own. Great experience....even though going to the doctor is never a wanted thing.
The wait time is always minimal. The staff are always courteous and helpful. I always see Brandy for my appointments and have faith in her decisions and openness to listen and discuss procedures and treatments needed.
Love Dr. Reed, he explains everything and takes his time being very thorough. My husband and I have been going to him for 25 years and wouldn’t go to anyone else. Even when our insurance wouldn’t cover the visit he found alternative treatments to take care of the problems at home with creams as it would have cost a $1,000.00 to have everything frozen off. Very conscious of self pay patients. I like that we have options if wanted or needed.
