This was my first time using this doctor and it couldn't have been more pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. I saw Brandy and her assistant and they made me feel comfortable in what is usually an uncomfortable full exam. They were professional, knowledgeable, and assured you they were very accessible if needed. I would highly recommend if you want or need a dermatologist.
I absolutely love going to this office. Upon entering the office, the receptionist always has a pleasant word for all who enter. I've actually seen her dealing with a very difficult patient, she remained professional, pleasant, informative, and overall handled the situation with dignity and self-respect. I highly recommend Suncoast Skin Solutions. Scheduling an initial appointment as a new patient was a straightforward process. The following day, I received a text message offering an earlier appointment, which I gladly accepted. Office staff and Dr Reed are so kind and helpful. He has an amazing bedside manner and knows his stuff! My visit was quick and comfortable, no long wait times in waiting area or after being called back for my exam.
Dr. Reed was wonderful as was his staff. The only thing I didn’t like the long wait. I was first I. To see doctor for an 8:30 appointment and I wasn’t seen until after 9. Otherwise it was a very good appointment!
