Had a great experience as a new patient with Dr Reed. I didn’t wait long to get called back, maybe five minutes or so. Dr Reed spent time with me, I didn’t feel rushed at all. He did a minor procedure in the same visit which was awesome, I didn’t have to make another appt. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend Dr Reed at Suncoast Skin Solutions.

I absolutely love going to this office. Upon entering the office, the receptionist always has a pleasant word for all who enter. I've actually seen her dealing with a very difficult patient, she remained professional, pleasant, informative, and overall handled the situation with dignity and self-respect. Going into the treatment rooms, staff are also pleasant, professional, and courteous. Office staff and Dr Reed are so kind and helpful. He has an amazing bedside manner and knows his stuff! My visit was quick and comfortable, no long wait times in waiting area or after being called back for my exam.

I was very disappointed. Did not tell me until after my visit I owed $146.70 even tho they had my insurance info and I paid my $45 copay upon arrival. I have never paid more than my $45 copay all the years I went to my old doctor. As I just moved to this area. I liked the doctor but will not return.
