Staff was professional. Upon being called back, Faith was very nice , professional & helpful. Amy came in next. I felt like I knew them which I did not!! Made we feel welcome and at peace with my decision to come to Suncoast. Very thorough exam and attended to the needs of my skin. Highly recommend! Thanks Amy & Faith!!!
Friendly and competent staff, very little waiting. Called back the next day for clarification on prescriptions - no waiting in the phone queue, person I talked to was very pleasant and quickly answered my questions. End to end, a really positive experience.
Dr Brian was thorough, explained everything and so likeable I would certainly recommend him
I was there 3 weeks ago and the PA took three skin biopsies. I have tried several times to find out the results. All I get is AI robots that just give me a run around and promise to call me back.The callbacks all went to voice mail with the robot asking my voice mail to push buttons (voice mail can’t push buttons.) When I try to call back, all I get is the same old runaround. Zero stars. I’ll find a real doctor and start over.
Amy was outstanding. She explained what she was doing throughout the procedure. She cares about her clients. I will definitely be back.
