Staff was professional. Upon being called back, Faith was very nice , professional & helpful. Amy came in next. I felt like I knew them which I did not!! Made we feel welcome and at peace with my decision to come to Suncoast. Very thorough exam and attended to the needs of my skin. Highly recommend! Thanks Amy & Faith!!!
Amy was very thorough! And very pleasant. I have been going to her for 3 years and she is great. The first year she tested something that looked suspicious but turned out to be nothing! I would recommend her to anyone!!
If I could rate them a 0, I would. I am extremely disappointed with this clinic’s pharmacy department. It has been over a month since my dermatologist prescribed a medication, and the pharmacy was supposed to coordinate with an outside pharmacy to ensure it was ordered correctly. They have done absolutely nothing. The outside pharmacy has tried multiple times to contact them, but the voicemail is always full, and no one picks up the phone. They have no way to reach anyone to request the necessary change to my prescription. ... read more
Dr. Klein was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. Made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Highly recommend him at the Ocala location. His assistant, Genesis, I believe, was super nice and informative of what to expect.
Had my initial visit today. All staff were very professional and helpful. My provider, Brian Klein, was very attentive and explained all details of his examination. He will follow up in two months and will complete a body scan at that time.
