We absolutely love Dr. Kwong and her front office staff! Dr. Kwong has treated 3 of our 4 kids over the past 10 years. She is very knowledgeable and actually talks with the patient and parents, not just the parents. Her front office staff is soon friendly and knowledgeable.

One of the only games in town for ped derm. Thankfully Dr Kwong is very competent, direct in her communication, and efficient. Lots and lots of administrative rough edges though. The office staff seem like good enough people and are trying their best, but it seems they systematically have the odds stacked against them. Example / Pro tip: as a patient, you should simply assume the central Call Center folks (that’s where most phone calls go first for scheduling at least) are unreliable and aren’t good at their jobs. I’ve been a patient here for about three years and have consistently had excellent care from Dr. Kwong and her PA, Hannah. They are professional, kind, and thorough. Unfortunately, the front-desk experience has been a persistent issue throughout my time as a patient. Our first appointment with this office. Front desk (Timeca?) was very friendly and we shared a few laughs, not sure why anyone would say otherwise. Dr. Kwong was great. Definitely knows her stuff and even clarified and explained why and what was causing my daughter's skin issues. We were in and out with a clear plan of action quickly. Dr. Kwong and PA were kind , thorough and efficient. I booked a same day appointment with no issues. I would comment on reception which was not pleasant but hang in there once past that office treatment the medical treatment was above what I expected. I believe the receptionist has the ability to grow if mentored as her approach is almost strangely hostile that at first is maddening yet sad after seeing similar reviews.
