First impressions make a big difference. My first impression was the cleanliness of the reception area and the comfortable chairs and sofa. The people at the front desk were pleasant and kind. I was called back to a room in a timely manner. The nurse and Physician's Assistant, Amy were attentive and helpful answering my questions . I let them know about a concern and it was quickly treated. I was most positively impressed.

I recently moved to Florida and of course, I had a spot reappear on my forearm that was treated once before in another state. The Google reviews led me to Suncoast Skin Solutions in Winter Haven, Florida. With a 4.9 rating, making an appointment was a no-brainer. Getting an appointment was easy-the staff was beyond helpful and scheduled an appointment conducive to my schedule. The time I waited in the waiting room was minimal. I was very pleased with my experience at Suncoast, as they were able to get me an appointment very quickly based upon my needs. Also Dr Eric Stakebake was amazing!!! He is very kind and takes the time to work with you. He also allowed me the time to speak during my visit, ask questions, he answered all of my concerns, and explained what different things meant to me. I literally came in off the street for a skin check! They fit me in within an hour of my arrival (which was so amazing!) and checked me out with professionalism, kindness and consideration. I HIGHLY recommend Suncoast Skin Solutions to everyone and will never go anywhere else for my skin care needs. Thank you so much to the sweet and thoughtful front desk woman (so so sorry, me and names do NOT get along well). But her kind and beautiful face, I will always remember!!!
