I had an excellent visit today at Dr Lutz’s office. Lutz’s office. Kirsten, the PA, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The staff was friendly, and the office was efficient and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking quality dermatology care.
Dr Lutz was very comforting and patient. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was aware of all the steps along the way during my procedure. The staff were all amazing. Their support from reception to doctor made a very scary/anxious time much easier for me. I would highly recommend Them
The entire staff was friendly and professional. There was very little waiting time, Dr Lutz saw me right at my appointment time. He and his assistant explained what they were doing in layman’s terms and proceeded with the procedure. They told me what to expect and answered all questions concerning follow-up care. A very positive experience!
Was seen promptly for a consultation. Dr. Lutz was thorough in explaining options and outcomes. He answered my questions and gave me plenty of time to absorb the info and respond. Office staff were friendly and efficient getting me through the appointment.
Dr Lutz and his team are amazing. While you never want to need his services, if you need MOHS surgery this is the only place I would go. Over the last 10 years I have had 6 MOHS and my most recent was this yesterday. The entire team makes you feel comfortable the entire time. Dr Lutz even chats with you , taking your mind away from your surgery.
