Dr.Dolan and Andra the assistant were wonderful! Dr. Dolan was friendly, professional and reassuring! Dr.Dolan is very experienced and well trained which I appreciated. Andra was informative and helpful.The procedure went smoothly and as expected. The office staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely highly recommend this office .
I had an excellent visit today at Dr Lutz’s office. Lutz’s office. Kirsten, the PA, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The staff was friendly, and the office was efficient and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking quality dermatology care.
My moh’s surgery was quite an easy experience. The nurse was very nice and explained everything clearly. Dr. Lutz was very friendly and got it all on the first cut. I was thankful for that! It was a good experience for something I was dreading. I highly recommend this Dr.’s office!!
The entire staff was friendly and professional. There was very little waiting time, Dr Lutz saw me right at my appointment time. He and his assistant explained what they were doing in layman’s terms and proceeded with the procedure. They told me what to expect and answered all questions concerning follow-up care. A very positive experience!
Dr Lutz and his team are amazing. While you never want to need his services, if you need MOHS surgery this is the only place I would go. Over the last 10 years I have had 6 MOHS and my most recent was this yesterday. The entire team makes you feel comfortable the entire time. Dr Lutz even chats with you , taking your mind away from your surgery.
