PA Katie & nurse Megan super friendly and very efficient on my follow up appointment. Explained everything they were doing and how to follow up on a procedure. Laughing at the dad jokes was a bonus. Also Jennifer at the front desk was welcoming and efficient in check-in and scheduling of my follow up! If only all healthcare could be done so well!
Friendly and professional staff and physician! The process was smooth and well-organized. Waiting lounge could be a little brighter and roomier. Doctor explained procedure at every step and made the surgery as comfortable as possible. Will recommend the practice to friends.
Wonderful experience! Staff was friendly and very helpful. My Dr. was very nice and knowledgeable. My surgery was impeccable, I couldn't even tell where he had put any stitches. Very happy!
Took our son for acne care twice — both times seen mainly by a nurse. First treatment didn’t work. On the second visit they stopped his meds, ordered blood work, and said a new prescription would come within ~2 weeks. We did the labs the next day. No follow-up call or prescription ever came. My experience was not good. The procedure was over an hour late getting started. Office personnel and Doctor. indicated he started late due to a personal issue. Could have called patients but did not. Proceedure went well. I voiced concern because l had another PM appointment with Dr in Port Charlotte. Dr assistant was good and kept him on track.
