2nd visit and would highly recommend. Office is very clean and up to date. Staff is all very friendly and professional. Very small wait time, and they don’t leave u hanging in a room forever. I personally use Dr Barbara and am very happy. She doesn’t waste anyone’s time but yet she is very thorough and has time for all your questions and you never feel rushed. Amazing care and amazing experience. Barbara Acosta took care of me and sought to it that every single one of my concerns were addressed. She has great bedside manner and takes the time to explain everything beforehand and treats you with the greatest attention. Bravo!
Dr. Freedman performed a Moh’s procedure on my nose. The procedure went very smoothly. The office is clean and the wait minimal. Alex was very personal and made me comfortable. More importantly, she did a great job numbing me! They coordinated with the plastic surgeon’s office for the reconstruction. The plastic surgeon commented on what a clean conservative job Dr. Freedman did. If you have to do this procedure, this is where I’d recommend.
I am a new patient here. Scheduling online was easy. Check in was seamless. I was called back on time. Dr. Acosta was friendly and made me feel like my concerns were important. She was great at keeping me aware of what she was doing each step when doing skin removals. Thank you to the entire staff!
I had the best experience from start to finish with Dr Jeremy Freedman and Alex! They made me feel at ease, answered every question, never made me feel uncomfortable and allowed me to feel in control of my health decisions. During the actual MOHS surgery they were supremely compassionate and supportive, constantly reassuring and encouraging me through each step.
