It all started the moment I signed in at the front desk...I was greeted by such a welcoming, lovely lady who immediately set my mood for my procedure with Eric Poetter. Eric, to my delight, aside from being good at his craft, was not rushing through the answers to my questions, but he was also helpful in my decision making as to what procedure would be optimal for me. Suncoast Skin Solutions is a wonderful place. As a new patient, I was still able to get in the same day that I called. The front office was efficient and knowledgeable. There wasn’t too much paperwork to fill out either. I had a very short wait. I was seen by Eric Poetter. He was great. He took his time and explained what I had and explained the medicine that he was prescribing me along with very clear instructions on what to do. My skin issues were already beginning to clear up after one application of what he prescribed. ... read more

In the physical office things are usually great and go smoothly. The call center personnel for making/rescheduling appointments are no so diligent. Eric Poetter is quite personable, efficient, professional and good at his job. I was taken aback by the rudeness of the receptionist this morning however! This is first time that I have ever had problems however!

I love your staff and Eric especially. They all make me feel special. Medical attention is perfect. There is one very serious problem and that is the parking. Today I need to park along the grass almost next to the RE office. At one point I had to walk on the edge of the extremely busy road due to a culvert perpendicular to the road. It was truly unsafe with Hugh trucks going by. I did wait almost 10 mins for a space but to no avail. It would have made me late for my appt with Eric. Very happy with my first visit. It started with a same-day appointment and a thorough history and exam. Eric took the time to answer my many questions, and I left with confidence that I was in good hands. The staff were professional, kind and concerned.
