It all started the moment I signed in at the front desk...I was greeted by such a welcoming, lovely lady who immediately set my mood for my procedure with Eric Poetter. Eric, to my delight, aside from being good at his craft, was not rushing through the answers to my questions, but he was also helpful in my decision making as to what procedure would be optimal for me. Very happy with my first visit. It started with a same-day appointment and a thorough history and exam. Eric took the time to answer my many questions, and I left with confidence that I was in good hands. The staff were professional, kind and concerned.

Everyone at the clinic was so sweet and welcoming! The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all super kind and gentle with my baby. We felt really comfortable and cared for the whole time. Thank you so much!

In the physical office things are usually great and go smoothly. The call center personnel for making/rescheduling appointments are no so diligent. Eric Poetter is quite personable, efficient, professional and good at his job. I was taken aback by the rudeness of the receptionist this morning however! This is first time that I have ever had problems however!
