Melanie’s attention to detail and thorough evaluation are truly unmatched. Her medical assistant, Karsyn, was incredibly warm and empathetic, and her humor made the entire visit easy, fun, and comfortable. I absolutely LOVED the energy at the St. Pete clinic- you can genuinely tell that every single person loves what they do. Such a great experience from start to finish!
I had a very pleasant in-person experience for my first time dealing with a skin issue. Biopsy was quick and painless. I was seen on time and everything went well. All of my questions were thoroughly answered, and Melanie and Carson were efficient and competent. My only issue was that the phone system for their office is answered by a chatbot, and when I called the day before my appointment for information, my call was transferred and never picked up after three attempts and more than 30 minutes of wait time. The experience was very good. The Dr was great and as were the other staff. The doctor froze a place on my leg that was questionable and told me to call if it didn't go away.
Ms. P.A.Melanie & Ms. Carson were wonderful medical professionals. Also the St Petersburg front desk.. Just like I had at the previous Bardmoor office w Ms Natalie and 3 other women medical professionals. 2 in training. Very kind, courteous, professional and taking care of me . 100 stars plus. The staff at the 38th Ave N location are not only polite but conduct themselves in the most professional manner that I as a patient feel at ease when I am there. I will continue to recommend this location when the occasion arises. Thank you!
