This whole dermatology practice gets an A+ from me. I was seen by Kim Nguyen, NP who is friendly, efficient and genuinely loves her job. She is experienced in assessing for any skin issues at all. I had a minor one, she explained what it was and what I could do about it and she prescribed a topical medication. Everyone at the practice was friendly including Kayla at the front desk. Monica and her team were wonderful. This was my first time at their office and I’ll definitely be back for all of my dermatologist needs. They got me in quick and I was greeted with assuring information, a positive attitude and everyone, including Monica with big smiles. I appreciate being a positive office like that. I’ve already recommended her to several of my friends, and this will definitely be my dermatologist moving forward.
From the receptionist to the exam room, all three ladies I had contact with were excellent at their jobs! Made me feel comfortable, were friendly, knowledgeable, answered my questions and explained things very well. Excellent! Thank you.
The folks at Skin Solutions are the best! Especially Dr. Monica Horinko, this doctor with "excellent bedside manner" really knows the medicine she practices. After, two primary care doctors misdiagnosed my condition, Dr. Horinko got it right within minutes of the first visit and prescribed medicine that addressed my symptoms immediately. I definitely recommend her and the folks at Skin Solutions.
