When I go to see a new doctor i'm not just visiting the doctor. While i'm there, I feel that i'm in the care of everyone from the front of the office to the back. You can have the best doctors and the best medical advice but if the people who greet you when you walk in the door, or the nurses that take your information before you see the doctor are not happy with their job and appear to genuinely like what they do it shows. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online and complete the required forms. The office was easy to find and the front desk receptionist was so incredibly kind and professional. The medical assistant was very sweet and had excellent bedside manner - I appreciated that she faced me and looked at me instead of the screen. I had a spot of Basal Cell removed from my right shoulder- cauterized is the term. Local anesthesia was effective and the procedure was pain free and quick. Professional but personable service throughout my two visits. As a Florida native, I feel better knowing I'm being proactive with my skin's health and I have chosen a capable care taking team.
