My entire experience was positive. I was a new customer, they got me an appointment within 2 days. The receptionist & the nurse were sweet & helpful. Then I met the Doctor. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. She took care of my "skin problem " the first visit at a very reasonable rate. I left very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this office to people.
The office is super easy to find as it is located directly across from the Outback Steak House. Light and bright reception area. Rooms are decorated beautifully. Staff is very helpful and the wait was not too long at all. I think I like this location even better than their Lecanto office.
It was painless, fast , the out come was better than what I expected. Very professional. And they give you the confidence that everything is going to be fine. Am super happy whith process. I had a sist or mold in the right eye lid about a 1/4" diam ,ND they removed it in less than 5 minutes ,amazing. Tnks
From digital check in to our (my husband) full body check. Keely Staten and her assistant did our visits together. She was thorough we both had an imperfection frozen and both of us lost those imperfections fall off flawlessly something had for 40 years with no problem what so ever! Great job Keely! Thank you for making our visit so successful!
Other than all the skin samples I left behind, it was a good experience. Virtually no wait time in the waiting room or the exam room. The body exam was done efficiently and the cutting was painless. Keely seems skilled and knowledgeable. Now, I simply wait for results.
