The staff is always friendly and thorough. Never get rushed through an appointment and scheduled time is usually within 5 minutes. Doctor Heller and Heather are very thorough and listen to patients’ concerns. Have been going here for 25 years and they are all like family! Would highly recommended
Great customer service! 1. Checking in, the person was very personable, asking how I'm doing. 2. The Nurse is very kind with the same, again asking how I'm doing. 3. Dr. Heather is exceptional! It had been a year, but always asks about trips my husband and I have taken in the past year. She explains any concerns I have about new 'barnacles', which helps to put my mind at ease. 4. My heart feels good, when I'm told 'see you next year!' Thank you for everyone I come in contact with!
First visit to Heller Dermatology today. I was seen by Heather and it was a great office visit. Had a skin check and some moles removed. No wait time before or during visit, which is refreshing. Very nice staff from front desk to check out. I am so happy to find Heller Dermatology and would highly recommend. Thanks for making my visit smooth .
This place is immaculately clean and runs perfectly as well. The Doctor is very thorough and makes sure that all of your concerns are addressed. Of course, he has his own criteria that were all addressed very carefully to keep me safe as a patient. Great listener. The staff is also very helpful and friendly to make one feels welcomed.
I went for the full body check again yesterday and as usual Heather was great very warm compassionate and professional. They are respectful of your time as well you are in and out with the help of all the stafffrom the minute you walk in until you check out you feel seen and everyone is so helpful and kind ! I love this office !
