Highly recommend! Dr. Ballard is a class act and top notch, got in and got out in quick efficient manner. Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Ballard explained everything in an understandable manner and the procedures were fast and almost pain free! Nothing needed removed that was more than a mere annoyance. Thanks to everyone at Suncoast Skin Solutions! This doctor and his staff made this appointment easy and I will go back next year!
Had my first appointment today to have a spot checked out, the office as well ran and all staff is friendly. The Dr was beyond thorough and very easy to talk too. I felt informed and at ease when I left. I would recommend him for any dermatology needs.
We like doctor Ballard but the receptionist, my husband said she’s very surly! I had to look that one up his parents were from London so he uses words than I’m familiar with. I looked it up and I said yes she is. She can be unfriendly unhelpful, standoffish and rude. We started getting a reminders or emails in Portuguese for some reason been having them in English for since he’s been going to there. He told her about it, but she kind of dismissed him. I never have to wait for my Dr. Ballard. Everyone in the office is friendly & professional. He’s a favorite doctor of mine , because of his exceptional knowledge of everything happening in the integumentary system. Also pleasant & experienced. My 95 y/o Dad turned me on to him ! I’m so happy about that Thank you Dr! For everything you’ve done. I’m happy Dot Clancy.
Amazing experience! Got taken back immediately. Everyone was super super friendly. Lindsey was incredible. Methodically checked my skin and removed any areas that were bothering me right away. I assumed I would need another appt for that. Best dermatology experience I have ever had :)
