Dr. Spencer & her assistant were absolutely amazing! I took my Autistic son in for a small procedure (big deal for him) and I was so impressed with how calm they made us both feel and how smooth the visit went. I will personally be becoming a patient soon as well. Thank you so much for your kindness to us!
SO GLAD I ignored the bad yelp reviews and went to Google. These ladies were amazing. I booked through Zocdoc, we were ready to go, everyone was prompt and professional from the intake lady through the nursing assistant (Diane/Diana?) through my provider Cynthia. 1) they had amazing bedside manner, in terms of really hearing out both the objective and the emotional aspects of what is going on with my skin. Dr Jennings was efficient and performed our initial appointments and diagnosis very well. We set up follow up appointment for procedures. Megan in the office was impressive with how she navigated our various insurances.
Dr. Jennings is an excellent physician—attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to listen carefully to his patients. I truly appreciate his professionalism and the high quality of care he provides. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with the receptionist, Magen (I may be spelling her name incorrectly), have been very frustrating. On multiple occasions, my messages to Dr. Jennings have not been relayed, and my calls have gone unanswered or unreturned.
