Beyond impressed. Dr. Armstrong is knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. All of my questions were answered, and they went above and beyond to address a concern that I had just after my appointment had concluded. He made himself available to help with one more thing on my way out the door - and a different person helped submit a prescription for it. That is exceptional service. I have been seen at three locations in the past 18 months. Great Practitioners. I have been impressed by the Quality of the care and the access to care across their several offices. The PA staff is great. The surgical specialists and the entire team is friendly, and responsive. The ease of pre registration, and communication is really first rate. I highly recommend the overall practice. Had a rapid growing Squamous pop up and they took really good care of me.
Absolutely still in shock about my treatment from these people. Made an appointment came in on time offices great staff is great gave them all my issues they said they were sending my medication confirmed my pharmacy thought everything was good. Go to pick up my medication wasn't called in. No biggie I'll call and let him know. This is my first visit and office was pleasing to the eye, very clean and set up like a spa. The staff was very nice and helpful. Teresa was wonderful, great bedside manner and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend this office. Fast, thorough, engaging and friendly.
Experienced, professional and friendly staff. I’m in and out quickly, exams are thorough and procedures like biopsies are painless. Staff, especially technicians are knowledgeable. Always explain each procedure, and my home wound care if necessary, and follow up results. Florida sun requires vigilance and I highly recommend having frequent check ups here.
