I had a wonderful experience with the dermatologist at Suncoast Skin Solutions. The doctor was knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. However, I did have an unfortunate interaction with the front desk staff. When I arrived a bit late, despite having informed them in advance, I was met with a rather abrupt response that made the situation uncomfortable for me. I would like to thank everyone at Suncoast for all their expertise during the Mohs surgery. Doctor and all his support staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a scary procedure at first until doctor explained the process as well as all his support staff. Thank you!
Absolutely still in shock about my treatment from these people. Made an appointment came in on time offices great staff is great gave them all my issues they said they were sending my medication confirmed my pharmacy thought everything was good. Go to pick up my medication wasn't called in. No biggie I'll call and let him know. They tell me that they are in a meeting they take a message to somebody will call me back and figure out what's going on. Next day I checked with my pharmacy. Call back. I had Moh's surgery on my ear. Nicholas Castner, MD was the surgeon who performed the surgery. He was excellent. He took the time to explain the procedure to me and gave me a couple options for the reconstruction. He made me feel comfortable and explained what he was doing and kept me informed during the surgery. I highly recommend him!
Teresa and Natalia are just super. They know precisely what to check and provided two prescriptions, knowing exactly what I needed for a skin issue. My wife is going to schedule her yearly appointment for skin review as well. Front office staff is wonderful as well. Again, very pleased with Skin Solutions and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a dermatologist in the Tampa Bay area,
