I had Moh's surgery on my ear. Nicholas Castner, MD was the surgeon who performed the surgery. He was excellent. He took the time to explain the procedure to me and gave me a couple options for the reconstruction. He made me feel comfortable and explained what he was doing and kept me informed during the surgery. I highly recommend him!
I had a wonderful experience with the dermatologist at Suncoast Skin Solutions. The doctor was knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. However, I did have an unfortunate interaction with the front desk staff. When I arrived a bit late, despite having informed them in advance, I was met with a rather abrupt response that made the situation uncomfortable for me. Absolutely still in shock about my treatment from these people. Made an appointment came in on time offices great staff is great gave them all my issues they said they were sending my medication confirmed my pharmacy thought everything was good. Go to pick up my medication wasn't called in. No biggie I'll call and let him know. They tell me that they are in a meeting they take a message to somebody will call me back and figure out what's going on. Next day I checked with my pharmacy. Call back. The doctors and staff are well prepared to deal with the many problems I had over the years with excellent results. Their knowledge, experience, and skill have brought me peace of mind and successful recovery from many types skin cancers over the years. They all work as an efficient, pleasant and well oiled team.
