I thought Nick did an excellent job presenting what this company offers. I was disappointed in how after the presentation my husband and I made ourselves very clear about our financial situation and that this is not the right time financially to purchase any packages and yet three different people kept pushing us to purchases packages and negotiate prices. I don't care if a package cost 5 dollars we made our financial situation known and to tell a customer this is a great opportunity to not pass up is not exactly what a cust... read more

Everyone was very accommodating and patient with my family. I never felt like it was a pushy sale although it was clear they wanted to make the sale it also felt like they were trying to assist us and making a purchase
You did well. John was great. We were nonplussed about having to book the first vaca on-site, and I am even less pleased about all the communique today (2 calls, an email, and a text). But that's me feeling badgered after you got my money.
I enjoyed the presentations!
