Overall I’m giving Sundial 5 stars because of the product they delivered. If there is anything negative in this review, please refer back to the pictures so you are reminded of the outcome. First off, what we have learned in this process is there is really no good experience when putting in a pool. UPDATE.....sundial did have a crew come to provide a fix to the wall, they dug under the wall, applied some concrete and then put more dirt in front of it. I do not know where to start....here are some of the highlights without getting into much detail...the installation of the pool took forever. After they dug the hole for the pool, my wife and I were able to get pregnant and welcome our daughter to the world before the project was "finished." Sundial Pools started cleaning our pool in the fall. We have been very satisfied with their service. Since being a client we have had some maintenance with our pump and Sundial diagnosed and fixed the issue with no reoccurring problems. Melissa comes weekly and does a great job keeping our pool crystal clear. We are happy with our decision to use Sundaial Pools.

Melissa is our service tech. She’s very conscientious, friendly and helpful. Recently we were discussing pool issues and after cleaning up my programming, helping me understand her testing process and giving advice re rust stains, I mentioned a water leak that we thought was coming from the house deck bib and she diagnosed a broken filler float (like a toilet). We were just about to spend a lot of money on the wrong repair. Thank you very, very much.

A friend whose pool is serviced by Sundial Pools recommended them to us several months ago. Our beautiful new home has a salt water pool that needed more reliable-quality “weekly” service than we had experienced. It sure has been nice having Melissa from Sundial service us since we made the change. She is very reliable and takes pride in the work she does, and it shows.
