This company isn't worth a single star but I wasn't allowed to submit the review otherwise. I couldn't complete their application on a Macintosh using 4 different browser or on an iPhone. When I called to discuss this with them, I was told by a customer service rep, "I'm pretty sure it's because you filled out the application wrong." I finally used a work device to complete the app and it still didn't go through. This time they said it was because there were already multiple applications. Displeased, am new, first bill paid one day late, called, assured “no late fee”, each call to clarify ‘sent to computer voice’…no service whatsoEver
3/14/25 Do not get a loan with this company!! Every time I called customer support/ service for help I am always told different things .. and they are quick to attach late fees and act like you you don’t know what you are talking about .. I am trying to move this loan to another bank/ financial service assp !!!!! S. P.
