This company isn't worth a single star but I wasn't allowed to submit the review otherwise. I couldn't complete their application on a Macintosh using 4 different browser or on an iPhone. When I called to discuss this with them, I was told by a customer service rep, "I'm pretty sure it's because you filled out the application wrong." I finally used a work device to complete the app and it still didn't go through. This time they said it was because there were already multiple applications. 3/14/25 Do not get a loan with this company!! Every time I called customer support/ service for help I am always told different things .. and they are quick to attach late fees and act like you you don’t know what you are talking about .. I am trying to move this loan to another bank/ financial service assp !!!!! S. P.
