Don't be fooled! This place is dirty, rooms don't resemble pictures. Sheets never changed or garbage emptied. It took a week to finally speak with a Dr & medical treatment was negligent, which forced me to have to leave due to a serious condition they wouldn't treat. Staff mostly nice, but the higher-ups never seen. People were thrown out of detox without concern due to insurance, but mine covered everything, so they got annoyed that I left after detox. Treatment was successful but no assistance was provided due to confusion about our insurance. Paid $10,000 before we realized we had insurance coverage. Facility refuses to assist in recovering from insurance. They consider it private pay case closed. Really sad that once treatment is done and bill is paid you no longer matter.
It was a horrible experience. Staff has no clue of what there doing. Inexperienced counselors and management useless. NOT A PLACE FOR VETERANS THE VA NEEDS TO STOP SENDING VETS THERE.
