We had a wonderful experience at our daughter’s dental appointment. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient, which helped make the visit comfortable and stress-free. Dr Thaci was very accommodating and booked us in for the same day, took the time to answer our questions, and made sure our daughter felt at ease throughout the appointment. We truly appreciate the excellent care and professionalism shown by the entire team. Thank you for making it such a positive experience!

The Dental Clinic has a calm atmosphere with an activity area especially for the kids. The receptionist Emily is very welcoming. We are also thankful for Georgiana for being efficient in scheduling that would work best for us! Friendly and accommodating. Very professional and well informed, as they were able to explain and provide answers to our inquiries, especially on billing and filing our insurance. Very disappointed with the pricing at Sunrise Kids Dental. The charges for what appeared to be relatively small dental procedures for children were extremely high. I raised my concerns and hoped there would be some consideration given to the cost, but the pricing remained difficult to justify. I understand dental care is important, but the fees seem out of reach for many families. I hope management reviews their pricing structure and considers making children's dental care more affordable and accessible.

We had a really positive experience at the dentist with my boys. From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming and patient, which made a big difference. I had a great experience at Sunrise Kids Dental - Ellesmere. The staff were incredibly kind and patient with my 3-year-old, which made the whole visit so much easier and stress free. They took the time to explain everything in detail so I knew exactly what to expect, and they were very helpful when it came to going over payment options. It really felt like they cared about both my child’s comfort and making sure I understood everything. Highly recommend!
