Cleanliness, staff. Not a 5 due to inability to reach my mom on cell phone, frequent tv outages, expensive guest fees for meals.
It's a 2 bedroom memory care for both parents. there is hardly any reception for cell phones and when trying to reach the front desk of MC it's a catch or miss situation. I know they're quite busy but it would be nice to reach someone so I may be able to speak with my Parents. The Director [Name removed] is WONDERFUL - he responds quickly and very informative and accommodating since all this is new to me and I live 4hrs away. So a Big Thanks to[Name Removed] and his team. A great experience, was great finding places and setting up the tours! I would recommend to others.
Weekend staff is a drop off. The facility is very clean and bright. The food is not bad, just a little bland. They really try with the activities, but the population is small so it is harder to match people vs a larger facility.
I would recommend it, but just that they do not get good reception if you are call your loved one to their cell phone. You have to use facetime.
We are very happy with Sunscape. I would recommend.
