UPDATE- June 9-- My complaint below is about the service and the reply I receive is to contact customer service?!!! Future customers, if you want assistance with your sleep machines, DO NOT come to this company for service! Since we all cannot have access to AJ, please take choose other options! AJ is great!! A big shout out to the best RT in the whole wide universe Katheryn Fitzgibbons❤️❤️❤️ . We have been experimenting with my husband’s ventilator settings and his trache management. It has necessitated constant adjustments and tweaks to the vent and also getting new machines such as Biwaze clear / cough assists . Katheryn has always been on top of the things , though she covers the entire Bay Area . Alex was amazing. Described and explained everything in great details. Also informed my wife and I that we can call him whenever if ever we have an issue with our oxygen concentrator. Absolutely amazing service! Thank you super kids program!
Alex Gonzalez was a super kind, super contentious provider of medical supplies. He was real and honest and took the time to explain things clearly. He had a sweet bond with my mom before she passed. I will never forget his kindness.
So thankful for Christopher Yuzon, who just delivered the oxygen for home use in such a timely manner! Once he arrived, he thoroughly went over all the instructions and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Great customer service!
