A big shout out to the best RT in the whole wide universe Katheryn Fitzgibbons❤️❤️❤️ . We have been experimenting with my husband’s ventilator settings and his trache management. This company is truly outstanding! Customer service is #1. Anna, the manager, is incredible — so responsive, humane, and considerate. We were stuck late at night and one of the technicians, Christopher Yuzon, arrived very quickly. I've been on oxygen for about 6 months now. Working with the SuperCare team in Milpitas has been super comforting to know they are working to make my experience a pleasant one. When they come to deliver the different products, they are always ready to answer all of my questions. Today Alex G gave me some extra TLC, placing the tanks in different locations of my house as I requested. He was also super nice to my parents with a warm and happy demeanor. Alex was amazing. Described and explained everything in great details. Also informed my wife and I that we can call him whenever if ever we have an issue with our oxygen concentrator. Absolutely amazing service! Thank you super kids program!
