This company is truly outstanding! Customer service is #1. Anna, the manager, is incredible — so responsive, humane, and considerate. We were stuck late at night and one of the technicians, Christopher Yuzon, arrived very quickly. I've been on oxygen for about 6 months now. Working with the SuperCare team in Milpitas has been super comforting to know they are working to make my experience a pleasant one. When they come to deliver the different products, they are always ready to answer all of my questions. Today Alex G gave me some extra TLC, placing the tanks in different locations of my house as I requested. He was also super nice to my parents with a warm and happy demeanor. Alex Gonzalez was a super kind, super contentious provider of medical supplies. He was real and honest and took the time to explain things clearly. He had a sweet bond with my mom before she passed. I will never forget his kindness.
Alex was amazing. Described and explained everything in great details. Also informed my wife and I that we can call him whenever if ever we have an issue with our oxygen concentrator. Absolutely amazing service! Thank you super kids program!
Alex went above and beyond for setting up my Uncle’s concentrator and portable oxygen machine. First, he went out of his way to get the machine to us today when it was not part of his typical route. When he arrived, he not only made sure we were comfortable using the concentrator, but confident, which is a big difference in a life or death situation. Just overall appreciate we have someone we can trust.
