This company is truly outstanding! Customer service is #1. Anna, the manager, is incredible — so responsive, humane, and considerate. We were stuck late at night and one of the technicians, Christopher Yuzon, arrived very quickly. A big shout out to the best RT in the whole wide universe Katheryn Fitzgibbons❤️❤️❤️ . We have been experimenting with my husband’s ventilator settings and his trache management. It has necessitated constant adjustments and tweaks to the vent and also getting new machines such as Biwaze clear / cough assists . Alex Gonzalez was a super kind, super contentious provider of medical supplies. He was real and honest and took the time to explain things clearly. He had a sweet bond with my mom before she passed. I will never forget his kindness.
So thankful for Christopher Yuzon, who just delivered the oxygen for home use in such a timely manner! Once he arrived, he thoroughly went over all the instructions and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Great customer service!
