This company is truly outstanding! Customer service is #1. Anna, the manager, is incredible — so responsive, humane, and considerate. We were stuck late at night and one of the technicians, Christopher Yuzon, arrived very quickly. I've been on oxygen for about 6 months now. Working with the SuperCare team in Milpitas has been super comforting to know they are working to make my experience a pleasant one. When they come to deliver the different products, they are always ready to answer all of my questions. Today Alex G gave me some extra TLC, placing the tanks in different locations of my house as I requested. He was also super nice to my parents with a warm and happy demeanor. Thank you for your customer service!
Alex was amazing. Described and explained everything in great details. Also informed my wife and I that we can call him whenever if ever we have an issue with our oxygen concentrator. Absolutely amazing service! Thank you super kids program!
The order was processed and delivered very quickly. We received the necessary equipment delivered directly to the hospital. This was very convenient for us, because when we will return home, we will already have the necessary equipment with us and wouldn't have to wait for delivery. They clearly explained to us how to use this new equipment before delivery.
