VERY VERY frustrating experience with them. 1) their customer service promised me a date for a delivery while this was not really for a delivery but rather a home visit (??? and which they later said is pending rescheduling indefinitely). at the same time they completely missed the order sent by my doctor for a replacement equipment. 2) as a result of this delay, they continue to bill me for something I cannot use. 3) I called them only to learn that they claimed that they never received the order (while my doctor's office ... read more
Alex was amazing. Described and explained everything in great details. Also informed my wife and I that we can call him whenever if ever we have an issue with our oxygen concentrator. Absolutely amazing service! Thank you super kids program!
I would like to praise Kathryn RT in the Milpitas office. She has gone above and beyond with taking care of my patients. If I hear that she is going to take care of my patient I know they will get excellent care. The parents also love working with her. She shows them respect for where they are in the process. It was great to have Allison RT service my son's breathing machine. She was exceptionally dedicated and customer oriented. Allison worked long hours to make sure that all her customers who needed to be serviced that day got done no matter how late it was. She went to my son's house to swap a breathing machine at 9 PM before she went home and called it a day! UPDATE- June 9-- My complaint below is about the service and the reply I receive is to contact customer service?!!! Future customers, if you want assistance with your sleep machines, DO NOT come to this company for service! Since we all cannot have access to AJ, please take choose other options! AJ is great!!
