This company is truly outstanding! Customer service is #1. Anna, the manager, is incredible — so responsive, humane, and considerate. We were stuck late at night and one of the technicians, Christopher Yuzon, arrived very quickly. Alex Gonzalez was a super kind, super contentious provider of medical supplies. He was real and honest and took the time to explain things clearly. He had a sweet bond with my mom before she passed. I will never forget his kindness.
So thankful for Christopher Yuzon, who just delivered the oxygen for home use in such a timely manner! Once he arrived, he thoroughly went over all the instructions and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Great customer service!
I've been on oxygen for about 6 months now. Working with the SuperCare team in Milpitas has been super comforting to know they are working to make my experience a pleasant one. When they come to deliver the different products, they are always ready to answer all of my questions. Today Alex G gave me some extra TLC, placing the tanks in different locations of my house as I requested. He was also super nice to my parents with a warm and happy demeanor. Thank you for your customer service!
Alex was amazing. Described and explained everything in great details. Also informed my wife and I that we can call him whenever if ever we have an issue with our oxygen concentrator. Absolutely amazing service! Thank you super kids program!
