I've been on oxygen for about 6 months now. Working with the SuperCare team in Milpitas has been super comforting to know they are working to make my experience a pleasant one. When they come to deliver the different products, they are always ready to answer all of my questions. Today Alex G gave me some extra TLC, placing the tanks in different locations of my house as I requested. He was also super nice to my parents with a warm and happy demeanor. Thank you for your customer service!
I wanted to say that I’m amazed with Alex Gonzalez he will find ways possible to make sure the patient is comfortable I had a issue with my bed and he told me no worries I can fix the bed awhile my patient is on the bed Alex literally swapped out the motor laying on his back years in this field I never seen that super care thank you for sending out Alex! He definitely went above and beyond!!
Christopher Yuzon is a very helpful and caring person. While delivering my husband’s oxygen tank, he accidentally got locked outside. Chris immediately stepped in to help and was able to get the door open using a hammer after about 15–30 minutes. He stayed with my husband the whole time and didn’t leave until he felt that my husband was safe. We truly appreciate his kindness and compassion.
It was great to have Allison RT service my son's breathing machine. She was exceptionally dedicated and customer oriented. Allison worked long hours to make sure that all her customers who needed to be serviced that day got done no matter how late it was. She went to my son's house to swap a breathing machine at 9 PM before she went home and called it a day! Equipment arrived with no instructions on how to use it and no paperwork, no account number, no info on who to call if need assistance, no name or number of the company, etc. Customer service is pleasant but truly useless. I had to talk to several different confused customer service people and several different departments, repeating my name/birthdate/address/etc each time, when I called to arrange delivery and then later to request instructions. I asked for a supervisor to help resolve things but they said none available.
