Wow! What an amazing experience working with Superior Fence and Rail. This is my first time purchasing a fence and it was such an easy process from start to finish. From the office to the installation team it was a great experience. Arlette scheduled my appointment in the timeframe I needed and Liz was extremely helpful with all of my financial questions. Mike Holloway and Charles Fuller and the assisting crew did an outstanding job on the chain link security fencing. Each day Mike met with me to review progress. Workers were Professional and did a great job. Johnny was very informative and made sure he listened to our concerns and requests.
Superior Fence was great to work with. The owner Ralph and his crews made sure everything we requested was done to our satisfaction. Their communication at all levels regarding scheduling, arrival, concerns, etc. was impressive and we were impressed by their professionalism, courtesy and follow-through.
Out of a possible 5 stars, I wish I could give you a 6! All the guys were super, and bent over backwards to make sure everything was done correctly. I now know them by their first names, and all were most helpful in explaining what and why they were doing what they did. They adhered to their schedule, and let me know they were on their way each time.
The guys came they were very polite. We talked over everything and they started to tear down my old fence and put up the new they worked through lunch never stopping until they were done. When they left you could not tell there had been anyone here. I really think they did a good job!!!
You guys were absolutely amazing! Everything from Lewis being great and redoing our estimate numerous times after life kept happening and changing everything to Johnny and his team coming out and blazing through the work in one day but doing a FANTASTIC job and making our fence look wonderful = we are very, very, VERY happy with the entire experience! I look forward to using y'all again whenever we move and may need another installation. :)
