We were impressed with the quality and the speed with which our fence was completed.

Jesse walked me through the job before they started and addressed any questions I had.They communicated with me throughout the day to ensure that everything was as I wanted. Horace and Jerome were awesome. They did one hell of a job under the hot summer sun. The fence looks great and I will pass gladly recommend Superior.
I called more than half a dozen companies including those that were recommended by the neighborhood group. Some of the companies gave me a quote without coming out, but had clauses in their contracts that prices would go up based on what their actual work ended up being. I did not like that at all. I ended up taking an estimate that was in the middle of the price range. Only a few hundred different from the low estimate that came from Lex. (Lex did not even come out to look at the property). Britani & Brian at Superior Fence were excellent to deal with. They stayed in contact the entire time. The men that showed up to put the fence in were very nice & very efficient.
They actually installed the fence sooner than I had expected. The staff was very friendly and personable. The only negative I have is that the day they scheduled to install they didn't show and they didn't call until later that night. I wish they would have called earlier when they knew they couldn't come so I wouldn't have wasted my day waiting. However, they did come the next day and the installer was wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone.
