Super happy with Superior Rail. Their proposed solution and price were better than the other companies that bid. They were very interactive when they came out to look at the job and came up with some creative ideas to solve our issue, save us money and reduce maintenance down the road. Alan & Ray were the installers and were friendly, helpful, hard working and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the result. Love, LOVE this company! Started a bid with a different company and they “ghosted” us. Started the process all over and based on Superior OUTSTANDING reviews called them! We were impressed with this company’s great attitude, personal service, and professional installation. James made two trips to confirm the permit’s fence footprint conformed with SLC’s sightline requirements. The installation team worked hard and put in a long day dealing with our old fence and concrete base removal, and an ivy infestation. They also communicated well about gate options. Pedro and his team did an incredible job on our vinyl fence! It was a pretty big job and they got it done in 4 days; they even worked on a Saturday which we really appreciated. Pedro was very communicative and kept me and my wife updated on the progress of the install the entire way. The first day on the job Pedro and his crew put in a solid 9 hours +! I was impressed. They worked really hard and gave us a beautiful product and a friendly and professional experience!

Daniel and his crew did a great job installing a backyard wooden fence. Pretty much every step of the process was easy, from Brandon coming out to draw out my plans, providing several different estimates, and then Daniel making it happen. Even after the install, they came back to go over the checklist and make everything perfect. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with.
