I am wildly impressed! We got a couple quotes, and decided to go with these guys. I admitted to Tricia before she even gave me their quote that we were leaning toward one company, because their quote would be hard to beat. But something didn’t sit right with me. The other company gave us nice discounts, but they were only good for 2 days. I wasn’t sure I wanted to rush the decision. Impressed by the prompt response and clear explanations from Trisha, our sales rep. She kept the process simple and straightforward. We also appreciate that Superior installs during winter months — it will make it much easier to move into our new home with our dogs! Our installers were polite and efficient, walking me through everything on the day of the installation and working around my schedule. I can’t think of many 5/5 experiences I’ve had with home contractors but superior fence and rail squarely belongs in that rare category. Excellent experience all around. Nate was a fantastic sales person who actually showed up for the install to make sure the folks knew exactly what we had discussed. Cassie was an absolutely delightful contact person at the office to coordinate all of it and the guys who did the install were efficient, fast and responsive. And the final product looks great. From Beau in sales, to Casaundra in scheduling, the army of workers the day of install and even helping us change the design at the last minute when we had a surprise property line discover. On top of all that, competitive pricing and blazing fast install. Highly recommended!
The fence looks fantastic !! great work and only took a day. Very efficient, very pleasant and Beau who is the sales rep guy is very easy to work with and flexible as well as responsive. I’m very happy. Edit: I’m editing this review because this awesome company came through huge!! THEY ORIGINALLY removed the old fence posts by clipping them.
