Salesman is very smooth. They get your deposit then vanish for weeks and weeks. My two day chain link fence job took five and when they left I had five posts without caps. Their job update system is a joke and says “pending” until the day before they decide to start the job as if you could just change your schedule on a moments notice
customer service was very poor, what should have taken 3 days to complete took almost 3 weeks and this was after they started the project. no communication, if I hadn't have been calling every other day and giving excuse after excuse, we'd still be waiting. with our yard unusable.
if you want a crooked fence call these guys. Make sure you can speak espanol.
We got our fence in May of this year. The first part of the process was easy the install is where issues started. They used a 3rd party that we were not informed. They were fast and did stay late to get the job done, however one of their guys peed 2 times on the front of my neighbors house and it was crappy work. The fence is wavy all along the top but also the boards themselves. They missed sooo many nails into the 2x4s, they didnt measure correctly so they had to nail the 2x4s together.
