We couldn't be more pleased, from the first phone call, to the estimator telling me how to save money instead of upselling, to keeping us updated on the process of getting permits, to the actual work. The workers were pleasant, polite, and worked like mules despite the blistering heat. They were pleasant and helpful to each other too- no loud music, no swearing, no bad attitude. Stay away from this company. They are lazy and rush the work, and then try to hide the mistake. On top of that, the office staff is rude and argumentative. When I copied the owner on the back-and-forth, you would think that if he cared, he would respond. No, it was crickets from him. They ran the fence right over a stump and then cut the fence around it, trying to hide it, when they were told not to. Good luck trying to get them to drive nails halfway in on a straight line.
