From our initial phone call for a quote to installation was a great experience with Superior Fence and Rail. We definitely would recommend this company for fencing. The team member, who came out to our house, Andrew, was extremely professional and friendly. He came out, gave us a quote, and explained everything to us. We LOVE our new fence from Superior Fence and Rail! Bill was great when he came out to give us an estimate, it the best price, but also a really personable and helpful demeanor. Our install date came pretty quickly, and we were excited about the quick turnaround. Carlos and his crew got our large fence with multiple gates up in just two days. From preliminary estimate, to scheduling, to installation, to follow-up, I was extremely happy with Superior Fence. I had multiple companies quote my project (approx. 300 ft. of 4' vinyl fence w/ 2 gates), and I'm glad I opted for Superior. Aside from the quality work/product, I especially appreciated the ongoing communication in regards to project status. The crew was very friendly, here early and got the job efficiently completed. I was most satisfied with the quality of work and they made sue I was satisfied with it. They also cleaned up very nicely. The crew leader made sure it was nice. I love my fence… it gives me a peace of mind and privacy!!!!
Great company to work with and they were competitive pricing out of the 3 quotes we got. We were set on driven posts and that was something they haven’t rolled out yet and they worked with us to use our project as a training opportunity. Fantastic communication between the front office and management. The crew that installed the fence were all polite, respectful and worked hard the entire time on site. 10/10
