Jimmy Dean is an extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional salesman and representative of the company. I told him what I wanted, he built a plan with only functional suggestions and was able to give me a quote on the spot. I would call with changes we wanted to make and he was always patient and made it happen. The build crew were phenomenal; showed up at 9 am and had 600 ft of fence built with 3 gates by 5 pm, and it is beautiful. If you need a wooden fence built, give them a call and ask for Jimmy Dean!
Let me start by saying this company was an absolute breeze to work with! Felicia Smith in the office was incredibly helpful getting the project started. My sales consultant, Jimmy Dean, was very professional and informative on choosing the right fencing for my needs. The crew who installed the fence did an immaculate job and I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend superior fence and rail!
My wife and I have just bought a new home in a nice neighborhood and we needed a good looking metal fence for our dogs. Jimmy Dean was my salesman and he was great. He got out to my house quickly and we went over the details of the project. He was courteous and professional and the price was right. One week later we have a beautiful new fence installed in our backyard. I highly recommend Superior fence and rail, thanks again to Jimmy.
Excellent service and employees. Jimmy Dean our salesman was down to earth and explained everything to us from start to finish. We were not sure about how the fence should be laid out. Jimmy gave us drawings of how he felt would be best. Of course his decision was great and very affordable. Felicia who works in the office is very polite and answered other questions I had. Overall pleased with Superior Fence and Rail. Jimmy Dean was the sales person that I worked with. He was very easy to work with. Jimmy either answered when I called with questions or comments, or returned my calls and texts promptly. He was also very flexible to changes I made on the location of the fence and made sure we were getting the fence we needed: taking budget into consideration.
