I didn't have the best experience with Superior Fence & Rail. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the materials. My vinyl fence completely fell apart just one week after installation, following a storm. I believe the failure was due to poor installation, and when they came back to address it, instead of replacing the damaged section, they pieced it back together. I'm changing my review because this company doesn't stand behind their products. A short time after the fence was put up we experienced numerous problems. I reached out to the company and was told that this is normal. After further review I filed a complaint with the bbb and they decided not to respond to the bbb, which is a first. Needless to say I'm stuck with a fence that is in bad shape less than a year after being put up. I wouldn't recommend this company being they do not stand behind their products.

We hired Superior to put up a new fence in my backyard and railing in the front of my house. Matt came out and gave us an estimate and was very professional. On installation day Santos came with his worker, and was prepared to do everything in 1 day. He answered any questions I had and stayed until both jobs were done. They worked extremely hard and put up a great looking fence and railing. I would highly recommend Superior Fence & Railing.
superior fence @ rail install team led by nonvin arrived on time at a few minutes to 0800 on 26 mar 2024. nonvin arrived at my front door introduced himself confirmed the the specifics of the job and then proceed to the job site to start the work. around 1130 am my doorbell rang an nonvin proclaimed the job was finished and showed me pictures of the job site with a new fence installed all old fence trash removed. they arrived on time, did a professional job and was done much sooner than i expected. i highly recommen... read more
Great communication. Reza was attentive to all my questions and had great follow up. We went with another vendor but felt Superior would have been a good option.
