Superior was amazing to work with. By far the most transparent and communicative team out there. Ed, our sales rep, was patient and helpful during the initial discovery and quoting phase, giving us several scenarios and options that finally led us to our end product. *Insanely picky* customer review: BLUF: The Superior Fence and rail team provides stellar service. This was not a typical quick fence build for a few reasons: 1- Superior had to coordinate with my contractors to install the fence around a 1/2 built retainer wall, during a major renovation project - where the retainer wall was varied heights, but the fence height needed to stay consistent. 2- I am a very picky designer, who wanted custom gates, specific lumber qualities and finishes, wood color evenness, and plank spacing. ... read more

The entire process with Superior Fence & Rail exceeded all of my expectations going in. The sales rep, Ed Dove, was everything you would want from someone in that capacity: he was expertly knowledgable in the full range of options, offered advice when asked for it, was prompt and flexible when we were waffling, followed up without being annoying, and was just refreshing to deal with. Norvin and his installation team were incredibly hardworking and conscientious. They worked nonstop to get the job done. From the start, all of the staff at Superior were professional and responsive, their prices were very competitive, and the final result was great. Superior is truly a first class operation.
