This is a fantastic company. Brandon was our sales consultant and he did an amazing job and was very communicative for all of our needs. Paulette was also so friendly and kind to work with. Our backyard is still a work in progress for growing grass and adding a patio, but when a tree fell on our fence we had to shift priorities. The team did my entire fence as well as parts of 2 neighbors (townhouse) all in 1 day. They were very efficient and the quality of the work is excellent. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. The team was very clear about what was possible and what wasn’t, and they were incredibly patient as we worked through different options to find the right fit for our home. They also have us the most reasonable price amongst many other contractors we spoke to. They handled all the permitting and kept us in the loop while approvals were pending, which made the process much easier on our end. From the office manager, Paulette to the salesman Brandon, to the install headed up by Christian- Superior Fence and Rail is truly a great company to work with. From the start Brandon reassured me and answered my many questions about this fence install as this was the 1st time doing this. Paulette, the always available office manager, smoothly handled, and was in constant contact with me when there was a delay from Miss Utility to mark my property. They were great to work with. Paulette from the office was very helpful and communitive during the entire process. Got a proposal/quote the same day as the site walk. They had good lead times on materials and the install. The install crew really did a fantastic job. 555LF of fencing in a day, and left the site perfect. Speed and quality work. Price wise...
