Upon my first contact with Superior it was a professional, no rush experience. Jeremy arrived timely, walked through my little forest as I told him the vision and he understood the vision by proceeding to draft a perfect square for the yard. We had a fantastic experience with this company! Their price was better than 5 other companies we compared with, and the value was outstanding. At first, they told us the schedule would be about 3 weeks, but when they realized our situation was critical, they went above and beyond and installed the fence for us by the end of the same week. Jeremy was great from the quoting process through agreeing on our fencing project. Superior fence does a great job supporting veteran customers and even sources their supplies from veteran owned companies when they can. Paulette was amazing from a scheduling and customer service standpoint. Christian and his crew did a great job on our fence installation. What started out sounding like a great company with friendly contact between the receptionist and initial estimate point person, quickly turned into an awful experience after the fence was completed. While being present for the install, the installers left trash all over our yard, from bottle caps, to wrappers, and nails. I constantly had to pick up after them and after they left so as not to have items disappear in our grass. I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. I was supposed to have a railing installed on the front steps to my house. I was told they would arrive on a Friday to install. They called and told me that the materials were not delivered so they would come on the following Monday. Monday came and they arrived with a rusty piece of steel.
