We had some not-so-good communication at first, got off to a rather rocky start, but things got straightened out. MY FENCE IS AWESOME!! The crew did a fantastic job! I've got the best looking fence in the neighborhood. Hopefully my neighbors will follow suit. I had severe "sticker shock" for what it costs to have a fence installed; almost 8x the cost of materials to do it myself, but the finished product is 10x better! Extreme kudos to the crew! We ABSOLUTELY LOVE our vinyl two-tone color fence. It is a HUGE improvement over our old (14 year old) fence. The team (Max and his crew) made short, efficient, and professional work of the tear out and installation!! We live on busy Old Marion Road in CR…drive by and see for yourselves! The fence REALLY compliments our home and feels MORE sturdy than wood TBH. We HIGHLY recommend Superior Fence & Rail!! Good job guys!!
Superior did phenomenal work, we hired them to build a horizontal beam cedar fence in our backyard and we are thrilled with the project. The whole process was incredibly smooth and seamless from start to finish. The owner was very attentive and present throughout the process, the crew was prompt and professional! The fence was no less than transformative to our space and we are thrilled to enjoy it for many many years to come.
Chad and his crew did an amazing job on our fence. His team was very polite and courteous. They kept the job site clean and worked extremely hard to complete the job quickly. I appreciated the clear communication from Chad starting with the bid, the time leading up to the start, and through the construction. It seems difficult to find quality companies and Superior Fence & Rail certainly impressed me.
Overall amazing experience. From start to finish I could provide no feedback to improve. They finished ahead of schedule, for a better price, with quality material. Wife and neighbors all commented positively about quality and efficiency of work. Will recommend to anyone who needs a fence or gate.
