Absolute worst company in the area. Dan Tobey the owner refuses to answer calls from customers and communicates only through subcontractors. Will not address issues with quality as well as the lack of communication when the installers don’t show up 3 times. Sent a first time crew to install a fence they’ve never done and it was bent and scratched as well as not including the proper sized gates that we were quoted. Absolutely horrible.
An absolute awful experience. DO NOT use this company! They did a half assed job of installing my fence, the gate wasn’t even installed on a post and was left with no hardware! They repeatedly said they would be out to fix it and it’s been going on 8 months of weekly calls and them giving me the runaround. They don’t return calls and no one in management is ever around to take a phone call. I am now contacting the BBB and going to take them to small claims court for the estimate of repairs needed. Not at all pleased with my service. I spoke to Chris the sales rep in late winter about installing a gate and a fence. I made it extremely clear that the date of installation would need to be before Memorial Day as I was hosting a party. He said multiple times that it could definitely be done with plenty of time to spare. The Friday before Memorial Day weekend, Superior Fence came to my house to install the fence, but said they could not install the gate as it was on back order. Terrible customer service so far. Put deposit down then they won’t respond to any questions. Project delayed. Hopefully this doesn’t carry over to my installation. 👎👎
