From start to finish it was the easiest process for a fence install. Great informative associate Anthony came more than once to survey the area. The cost was more than acceptable. The time frame for installation was perfect we were extremely satisfied. The installers preformed like a well oiled machine. Friendly , thorough and cleaned up like they were never there. My neighbor loved it also. THANK YOU!
I had a great experience working with Superior Fence and Rail for repairs to my front brick wall with columns and iron railing. Anthony was extremely responsive from the start, friendly, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They showed up on time, completed the work quickly, and made everything stress free. The masonry work and iron fence repairs were done professionally, and the finished result looks great. It is hard to find contractors who are responsive, skilled and easy to work with, and this... read more
Was expecting to pay a fortune from the snow and ice dislodging the bottom rail of a trex deck railing, was getting quotes of hundreds of dollars until Henry Ebert looked at it and told me it’s a screw that got popped out, and fixed it on the spot. And now the railing is not only fixed but it’s sturdy too. Just goes to show that this is a honest and reliable company.
I had my aluminum gates replaced in my driveway and my dog run. Brian was on time with his team and they did a fantastic job! Very hardworking staff & family owned business. I chose the Superior Freeport branch also because their have a high customer service satisfaction rating! I highly recommend this fencing company and also would like to thank Henry (coordinator) and Tania for their support too.
Love my new front porch railings! After seeing the guys putting my neighbor's railings and watching how they worked, I was impressed and approached them. I'd say it was within a few weeks, my new railings were in. When I texted them, I feel like they answered me before I pressed the send button! Their work was fast, efficient, and clean. I'm so happy with the work they did! They are also friendly! I like to watch and talk to workers at my home. I will definitely recommend them. FYI, another neighbor saw the work they did a... read more
