I recently had a fence installed and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The installation team(Chris , Luke, Luis, Martin, and Dominic) demonstrated remarkable attention to detail and worked incredibly hard to ensure everything was perfect. From start to finish everyone at this company was so nice and helpful. They did a wonderful job on our wood fence for our backyard. We ended up doing two different fence styles and they blended them seamlessly.
Update: One star changed to three. Since posting, Logan and his team came out and worked diligently to correct mistakes and make things right. Logan is very knowledgeable and we believe that if he had been on site during installation we would not have had the issues we unfortunately have. With communication and training, hopefully what happened to us will not happen again. This whole process was great! They pretty much took care of everything. We had a hurricane hitting the next day and our crew got our fence up in 1 day! They also broke down and didn’t get here until 1 and stayed until it was done. Very pleasant and respectful! Brandon, Mike, Emily, Josh and their crew were so attentive and informative! Pre inspection was done before any work was started. Any concerns were addressed. Laborers began immediately afterwards and completely finished the entire fence. Hand dug every post. Came back next morning and attached the three gates perfectly. Post inspection was done after the job was completed finding no issues. Great job Superior Fence & Rail!!! Highly recommended!!!
