If possible, this would have been 3.5 stars, but I couldn't leave a half star, and did not want to round up. The Good - My sales rep was attentive and wanted to help - I appreciate him very much. Alex was the leader on installation days and was great. His team worked hard - I mean HARD - in the soaring heat. The fence looks good, and overall we are satisfied. I interviewed 4 fence companies before choosing Superior. The combination of their offerings, years of experience, reviews and price was the formula I used in making the decision. I have no regrets the job was completed on time on budget and their installation team Alex and crew number one. It’s no wonder they are their number one team.

We attended a Home Show at the BergLund Centre and saw a fence display and asked about an L-shaped partition for out HotTub. Superior Fence & Rail came out and measured out what we wanted and gave us an estimate. We agreed on the price and called for an installation. We chose a Grey with a wood grain in it. Alex and crew number 3 arrived on time and did an excellent job explaining what they were' going to do, amending corrections, doing the job and cleaning up afterwards. I am so very pleased with my new fence even though one of my hounds Madeline AKA "Slim Shady"eyeballed the procedure, no doubt looking for ways to get out. From the time Chris came out to look at what I wanted done, and a weather delay to Alex and his crew coming out, was within two weeks and fantastic.

Alex and his crew number three we’re outstanding they did a great job if I seen something that I didn’t quite like they worked with me to make it right total happiness, and the dogs love their new backyard. I recommend anybody putting in fence to go with superior fence and rail, and if Alex and his crew is working with them, there should be no problems. We are completely satisfied.
