Easy to work with.
You people knew I was putting in a pool, hence the reason for the fence. After spending $8,500.00 .... you couldn't give me handles that locked. The gates don't even swing closed. The worst job in the world, terrible customer service.... You can't even come back to give me handles that lock. How much profit did you dirtbags make? what pigs, never use you again and i will spread the word on how miserable you are.
The worst company ever. they installed a fence, at first i was happy then i failed the inspection. the owner is a little boy with no common sense. In fact, I would say this company is only capable of incompetence. They know what they did and they won't fix it. It cost me 8,000.00. If anyone is considering using them, forget it. I could have gotten two chimpanzees to do a better job.

The issue came from the above-ground pool you installed, which unfortunately did not pass inspection. We even spoke directly with the inspector to confirm this, and he told us you did not follow his guidance. Review of Harold and Sebastian, today's second installers on my fencing project> They came on time unlike the last installers who were 5 hours later than expected. They understood initial problem ( the paint had been flaking off the actual fencing the first visit) and fixed it expertly and timely. I then noticed that last visit, the installers had put black AND blue screws on fence, and figured these should be white. We wouldn't use anyone but Superior! They were great from the first meeting, they came right out, we immediately (hours later) had an estimate sent to us online. We accepted, and they set up an online fence dashboard so we could see the progress of our installation. I don't know who set up that website but it's the easiest one I've ever used.
