To begin with the salesman was excellent. When the installers arrived, there were two of them. When was young man who was an apprentice and the other senior installer? The senior installer who was here approximately an hour and a half, was on his speakerphone the entire time. My wife who understands four languages noted that it was not about business at least not business for the shower company. The volume was high and very annoying. Simply walked into store. Asked if they could sell the vinyl seal. And 10 Minutes later I left with new seal in hand, custom cut. Very nice people. Very efficient
