We showed up to the door 2 minutes before they closed and the guy who worked there, Kenneth, was still nice enough to help us. He patiently showed us to our storage unit and around the facility, despite the fact that it was probably his time to go home and enjoy his Saturday evening. Great staff, great facility, highly recommend.
Kenneth at ‘Superior Self Storage’ was fantastic! He helped me out, walked me through everything from the monthly pricing to the unit to how to access the facility. He was professional, kind and very helpful. The until is clean, spacious and temperature-controlled. This is my first time renting a storage space from ‘Superior Self Storage’ and I am happy I did. I highly recommend this place.
I was previously renting from Clocktower Storage in Folsom, which is another one of Storage Pro's locations. We had a great experience there, but I was starting to shop for other places in Rancho with better pricing. Superior Self Storage had great reviews, and I was not disappointed! When I was researching storage facilities, my first concerns were proximity and accessibility. So I did a local search and found a I-Storage nearby. Unfortunately, no one was in the office and it was 10:30am weekday, no signage that they were on property and I finally got a tenant who was entering the gate who informed me to try the 1-800 number. I ordered a unit online. When I got to the store, Ken helped me finish up the paperwork and gave me a tour of the facility. The facility looks clean, and Ken was very helpful. There are double doors for entry and a freight elevator for units on the second floor, which is going to make moving in too easy.
