Lowballed my car appraisal by 2k, after agreeing to said offer. Acquisition team needs to work on there transparency and honesty to prevent wasting people’s time.
Bought a truck here but would Never do it again or let a friend go here. Salesman lied, service broke my mirror they were to change the motor in and the gen mgr is useless .... To many other better nicer more honest places to buy you car or truck, go there !
I purchased floor mats for my Lexus NX300 from Sslexus-parts. They sent to me those did not fit my vehicle at all. I requested to return to them or exchange proper ones. They ignored my emails and then eventually blocked my emails. Do not buy from this company. You just waist your money and time. It is a scam.
